Basic principles of leadership and leadership styles.
Practical work with horses in the role of leaders.
Realise one’s own leadership preferences and apply other leadership styles.

Video analysis of one’s own leadership conduct, feedback by horses, facilitator and participants.
Development of new behavioural patterns as a leader.

Please note:
Practical experience with horses is not required since the seminar is about leading horses from off the ground.

Target group of the seminar?

Everyone who leads employees or teams and wants to learn more about him-/herself and his/her leadership style.

After the seminar?

You know your own strengths as executive and have developed new leadership styles. You experience leadership with greater awareness and let your employees partake in it.
